SparkWorks is an international, strategic innovation company based in Zurich, Switzerland. The company is at the forefront of human-centered design and teaches business leaders in large organizations how to create a culture of innovation.
The Problem
Co-founder Alan Cabello was concerned that three key members of his team lacked professional presentation skills. The videos they were posting and the presentations they were giving did not reflect the company’s brand.
The Solution
A customized, hybrid course combined group sessions with individual coaching that provided the tools and personalized feedback each participant needed to overcome their specific challenges.
The Outcome
At the end of the 6-week course, all three participants demonstrated their new presentation skills to their peers and colleagues during an "all company" meeting. The response was overwhelmingly positive. They each felt confident as they made clear, impactful, engaging presentations.
